Thank you for your business with Vespa Planet!

Sometimes parts don’t work out and we understand they may need to be returned. Thus, we offer the following return policy.

Please call 03-6177 2166 or email to [email protected] for a return authorization before returning any items.

We will accept returns on brand new complete parts, with their original packaging, within 14 days of your receipt for 100% of the value in store credit or exchange.
If you would like a refund to your original payment method, you will be charged a 10% restocking fee to help us cover charge fees, refund fees, and other fees we paid.  Again, if you opt for exchange or store credit you will receive 100% of the purchase price (including tax if applicable) towards a future purchase. If no refund instructions are included, store credit will be the default. Store credit will be automatically applied to your next order(s) and never expires.
If the item is returned late (14 days after receipt)  No returns will be accepted afterward.

If the item appears installed or used in any way, we will charge a 50% restocking fee since we will have to sell the item as used at a discounted price. Items damaged by the customer during installation will not be refunded because they cannot be sold.

All return shipping fees are to be paid by the customer. In cases where we determine we were at fault, we will take care of you and make it right at our cost.

Unauthorized returns and refused C.O.D.’s are subject to a 25% restocking fee, plus shipping costs.

Used items, Clearance items, and Special order items are NOT returnable.

ALL Performance Items, electrical items, tools, and manuals are not returnable unless new in sealed packaging.  

We maintain our right to deny any returns for item(s) that we consider to be in violation of our policies. Please call or email with any additional questions.

If you choose to make a return, please place the merchandise in a sturdy cardboard box with sufficient packing to protect it from breakage. Make sure your NAME and original INVOICE NUMBER are on or in the return box. Please send it via a trackable method as returns lost or damaged in transit will not be refunded.
