                                                      VESPA PLANET TERMS AND CONDITIONS


Hours: Monday-Saturday, 11:00  am - 8:00 pm . We are closed on Sunday, and all major holidays. Our showroom  address , Vespa Planet, Lot 8A-B Jalan Kenangan Gombak, Taman Kenangan Gombak Batu 6, 53100 Kuala Lumpur.


Terms: Most domestic orders will be charged actual shipping costs, this website is linked to current shipping rates. Unless specified, all domestic orders will be shipped by Pos Laju  or Citilink , via regular ground service. We reserve the right to select the best possible means of delivery based on the dimensional weight of parcel, delivery address, day of the week, overall delivery time, etc.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, Bank Transfer and ATM.

Out of Stock Items: “Out of Stock” items include any item(s) that are not in stock at the time an order is placed. These items can be sent automatically once back in stock, at the customer’s request. There will be additional shipping charges when the item(s) is shipped. We will honor prices per the original date an order is received. You will NOT be called before the item is automatically shipped to you, so please call to cancel any back ordered items you no longer want. Your account will be charged for the item. We’ll do our best to provide accurate expected dates for any Out of Stock products but long-term back orders, in excess of 2 months, are possible due to the nature of our suppliers and fulfillment of goods.

Delivery: Orders are generally filled within 24 hours of receipt. Most orders received by 12 pm  are shipped on the same business day. Please keep in mind that an order placed after 3pm Friday, or on Saturday and Sunday will not ship until Monday. All parts are shipped from Vespa Planet in Gombak  unless otherwise specified.

Claims: Title to merchandise passes to the customer upon delivery to the common carrier. All merchandise is packed so that it will arrive in good condition. Delivery of the merchandise in good condition is the responsibility of the carrier. All claims for damaged or missing parts must be filed with the carrier immediately. YOU MUST KEEP THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING BOX AND SHIPPING LABEL TO MAKE A CLAIM. CLAIMS WITHOUT ORIGINAL PACKING WILL NOT BE APPROVED. Shortages and discrepancies must be reported within two days of receipt of goods. AN EMAILED  COPY OF THE INVOICE WILL BE REQUIRED IN THE EVENT OF ANY SHORTAGES.

Performance Items: Performance parts include, but are not limited to any item made to increase the vehicle’s power or handling, other than what is specified by the original manufacturer. Performance parts are designed for racing applications only and are not intended for use on public streets or highways. Any damages direct, incidental, or consequential to persons or property due to their use are the responsibility of the purchaser. THESE ITEMS DO NOT COME WITH ANY WARRANTY. In addition; installation of performance parts on any vehicle may void part or all of the vehicle’s warranty. Use at your own risk.

Accessories: Accessories include, but are not limited to any item you install other than what is specified by the original manufacture. Certain accessories sold by Vespa Planet are NOT recommended for use on public streets or highways. Any damages direct, incidental, or consequential to persons or property due to their use are the responsibility of the purchaser. Installation of Accessories on any vehicle may void part or all of the vehicle’s warranty. Use at your own risk.

Closeout Items: Items marked as “Clearance” or “Closeout” are items that are discontinued and will no longer be available once stocks on hand are sold out. Clearance and closeout items are not returnable.

Used Items: All items marked as “USED” are items that have been previously purchased and/or installed. VESPA PLANET MAKES NO WARRANTY AS TO “USED PRODUCTS”, THESE ITEMS ARE SOLD “AS IS”. ”USED” items are not returnable.

Special Orders: Any item that is not regularly carried by Vespa Planet but is requested by a customer is considered a “special order.” Special order items are not returnable.

Vespa Purchased: Once we have registered the scooter after customer comfirmation has made. Customers are not allow to make any cancellation or withdraw. We do not take any responsibility. We will not make any refund for not our fault.

Vespa Warranty: All new vespa come with 2 years or 20,000 km warranty which ever come first. Customers may claim any damage part for warranty only at authorized dealer in Malaysia. Services at non authorize dealer will void the warranty.

Used Vespa Warranty: All items marked as "USED" are items that have been previously purchased and/or installed. VESPA PLANET MAKES NO WARRANTY AS TO “USED PRODUCTS”, THESE ITEMS ARE SOLD “AS IS”. ”USED” items are not returnable.

Vespa Planet reserves the right to limit the supply of any merchandise. Due to changing foreign exchange rates and inflationary forces, prices are subject to change without notice. We are happy to quote current prices at any time. We reserve the right to ship all orders at the price in effect on the shipment date.

VESPA PLANET MAKES NO WARRANTY AS TO PRODUCTS IT DISTRIBUTES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Vespa Planet will, however, pass on all warranties made by the manufacturer, who has sole responsibility for performing such warranties. The manufacturer shall be solely responsible for any damage to person or property arising from the design, manufacture, and testing of its products, and Vespa Planet accepts no liability for such damages. Vespa Planet shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
