                                                                          SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping:  Most domestic and international orders will be charged actual shipping costs. Unless specified, all domestic orders will be shipped by Pos Laju or Citilink, via regular ground service. We reserve the right to select the best possible means of delivery based on weight of parcel, delivery address, day of the week, overall delivery time, etc.  Due to varying Customs laws, import taxes and duties are not included in International shipping charges. Customs taxes and duties will be the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Parts & Accessories: Orders are generally filled within 24 hours of receipt. Most orders received by 1 pm are shipped on the same business day. Please keep in mind that an order placed after 2pm Friday, or on Saturday and Sunday will not ship until Monday. All parts are shipped from Vespa Planet in Gombak unless otherwise specified.

Delivery Scooter: Orders are generally will ship 1 -2 week delivery time to arrive. All domectic orders will be shipped by local transportation. Sabah and Sarawak will be shipped by Mas Kargo.

Shipping Damage Parts & Accessories: Title to merchandise passes to the customer upon delivery to the common carrier. All merchandise is packed so that it will arrive in good condition. Delivery of the merchandise in good condition is the responsibility of the carrier. All claims for damaged or missing parts due to damaged or opened packing on delivery must be filed with the carrier immediately. YOU MUST KEEP THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING BOX AND SHIPPING LABEL TO MAKE A CLAIM. CLAIMS WITHOUT ORIGINAL PACKING WILL NOT BE APPROVED. Shortages and discrepancies must be reported within two days of receipt of goods. AN EMAILED  COPY OF THE INVOICE WILL BE REQUIRED IN THE EVENT OF ANY SHORTAGES.

Shipping Damage Scooter: Title to scooter passes to the customer upon delivery to the common transportation. All scooters are packed and wrap so that it will arrive in good condition. Delivery of the scooter in good condition is the responsibility of the carrier. We do not take any responsibility if the scooter are arrived not in good condition. All claims for damaged or missing parts due to carrier can be claim immediately to courier provider.
